Holder of an Engineer Degree and a Ph.D in Computer science, former researcher at the National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation in France, Mohamed supervised several projects of information systems transformation and managed companies in France as well as in Tunisia. He notably assumed the role of head of the African subsidiaries of a French group specialized in publishing banking software solutions.
With more than 30 years of experience with financial consulting and deployment projects, he empowers iStars with his in-depth knowledge of the financial sector in Africa.

A Computer Engineer with an Executive MBA, Ghassen has 25 years of experience in publishing financial software and integrating global banking and leasing solutions in Africa, Asia and Europe.
His experience between the design of solutions and the realization of major field implementation projects have enabled him to lead the axis of conceptual innovation and technical choices adapted to the development of iStars products.

Holder of a Degree of in-Depth Studies in Modeling and Applied Mathematics for the Economy, and with more than 15 years in the software business, Mohamed supports, structures and accelerates the economic growth of the company. He is in charge of product strategy and oversees all of its elements, from its conceptualization to its launch performance.

Holder of a Master's Degree in Economics, a diploma in accounting, and with 20 years of experience in the field of banking software production, particularly on the African continent, Elie contributes to the definition of the company's vision and strategy, and ensures actions are taken to achieve its objectives. He is also in charge of business development, marketing and partnerships programs.
